Cracknell Bracey International Search Limited, trading as FFP International Search (FFP), provides executive search services to clients recruiting personnel for their businesses.

FFP is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy notice seeks to explain our approach in line with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018.

FFP processes your data when it is in our legitimate interests to do so and when these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights. Our primary legitimate interest is providing recruitment services to our clients and candidates.

What sort of data do we collect and retain?

FFP retains Personal Information (data) about you to help in the recruitment process. We collect the information necessary to be able to identify appropriate opportunities for you and any further information needed to assess your eligibility through the different stages of the recruitment process. This information may include general identification and contact information (your name, address, email, telephone details, gender, marital status, date of birth, nationality), other sensitive information (psychometric assessments, salary data, employment references, racial or ethnic origin, disability, identification and visa documents, or criminal record), CVs and work history, educational records and checks, commentary on fit to role and, where applicable, commentary on progress in role once placed.

Where do we collect personal data about you from?

There are different sources from which we may collect personal data about you, including directly from you (this is information you provide while searching for a new opportunity and/or during the different recruitment stages), by reference or word of mouth (for example, you may be recommended by a friend, a former employer, a former colleague or even a present employer) and through publicly available sources (including but not limited to LinkedIn, Monster.com, Company websites, WorldWide Web).

How is Personal Data used?

Personal Data will not be divulged to anyone without first obtaining your consent and then it will only be used for the recruitment process with a prospective employer.

How long is Personal Data retained?

We will retain your data on our secure data base for a period of not more than ten years.

Where do you keep my CV?

We retain a copy of your CV on our secure database, which is firewall and password protected.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your data is kept secure. To prevent unauthorised disclosure, we have in place suitable electronic and access control mechanisms.

Deletion of Data on request

You may contact us at any time to request that we delete personal information about you. We will action any request within 2 working days and confirm deletion by email.

How do I know what Information you have retained about me?

You may request that we tell you what information we retain about you. This request should be made in writing to our Data Protection Officer and must be signed by you. We will respond by email within 30 days of receiving your written request. Following your request, we will either delete or make appropriate changes to your data if you so wish.

How do we send you information?

Following your request for information we will email you and attach a document in PDF format which will be written in clear, concise and intelligible English.

Transfer of Data

Unless explicitly requested by you in writing we will not transfer in part or whole any of your Personal Information to any other party.
